Q: What type of identification is required?

A: To enter or make a purchase, you must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms include:

• A USA state-issued driver’s license (horizontal only)
• A Colorado Digital ID 
• A temporary state ID (horizontal only) with your expired or previous ID
• A U.S. or foreign passport
• A tribal ID (federally recognized tribes only)
• A U.S. visa or permanent resident (green) card
• A U.S. military ID
• ⚠️ Please note: Per Colorado MED regulations, we cannot accept any ID that is taped, laminated, cracked, chipped (over ¼ inch), or severely damaged.
  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot present valid identification.

Q: Are there house rules?
A: Yes — for everyone’s safety and comfort, please follow our in-store rules:

• You must be 21+ with a valid ID to enter.
• No touching products or displays.
• No phone calls, FaceTime, or texting inside.
• No backpacks, duffel bags, or oversized purses.
• No outside cannabis, tobacco, or vape products.
• No smoking or vaping inside or near the entrance.
• No hoods, headphones, earbuds, or AirPods inside.
• No sunglasses (prescription eyewear only).
• No public restroom access.
• All sales are final — no returns or exchanges.

Q: Do we sell medical & recreational?

A: Yes! Must be 21+ Must have Colorado valid med card & identification.
